REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

CheNeit Designs offers a made to order service which means that we make each item as it is ordered, so please be sure to read carefully before placing your order. Since ALL items are made to order, we DO NOT issue refunds on any items. Once your order is submitted, there will be NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. ALL sales are FINAL.

Please select your size carefully. We do NOT offer exchanges for incorrect sizes. We provide a size chart to better assist customers with choosing their correct size. If you need help with choosing your correct size, please contact us. If you are unsure of the size you should purchase you can EMAIL your BUST, WAIST and HIP measurements and we will choose the correct size for you. CheNeit Designs assumes no liability for inaccurate or incorrect measurements provided by the customer. 

If measurements are provided by the customer, please be advised that in some cases minor alterations may be required. It is the customer’s responsibility to get alterations done locally and at your expense. CheNeit Designs is not responsible for any cost or fees associated with getting alterations on the dress. If you have a problem with an item due to an error on our part, (ex. wrong color/design etc) please contact us and we will assist you.

 

TURNAROUND TIME

CUSTOM PARTY DRESS ORDERS: Please allow up to 4 weeks for production and completion of your custom dress.

PROM GOWN ORDERS: Please allow up to 12 weeks for production and completion of your custom gown.

BRIDAL GOWN ORDERS: Please allow up to 6 months for production and completion of your custom gown.

 

SHIPPING

All items will be shipped via UPS or USPS Standard or Priority Shipping which can take 2-5 business days to arrive once shipped. ALL orders will require a signature upon delivery. Once shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

Please note that CheNeit Designs is not responsible for packages once they have been shipped. In the rare event that the item is lost or stolen in the shipping process, CheNeit Designs is not held responsible. If there are any shipping issues, the customer should contact the shipping carrier directly and provide the tracking number information for assistance in resolving the issue. 

 

DEPOSITS

  • APPOINTMENTS:
    • A deposit is required in order for appointments to be confirmed. Please note that all appointment deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE to another person or appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS! Please be sure that you will be able to commit to the appointment time that you select. 

 

  • CUSTOM ORDER REQUESTS (Items not listed on the site):
    • Custom order requests will be accepted at the discretion of CheNeit Designs. All custom orders require a non-refundable deposit of 60% of the total price. CheNeit Designs will not perform any work on a custom order until the deposit is received.

 

CANCELLED EVENTS 

Please understand that you are still responsible for the full total of your dress order. If your order is paid in full, your order will be completed in the timeframe that you were given. If you still have a remaining balance on your order, the order must be paid in full before the dress will be released. The final payment should be submitted no later than the date of the event that is listed in your order confirmation email. If your event date is postponed, the balance is still due by the original date listed in the confirmation email.

Any order with a balance that is not paid by the listed date will be considered unclaimed. Any items in an unclaimed order becomes the property of CheNeit Designs and can be offered for sale on all platforms.
